In case of cancellation there will be no cash back or transfer, depending on the cancellation time the customer has a balance in favor to reschedule the biketour and only if canceled on the same day of the event, it is a full penalty.

• If you cancel 3 business days in advance, you have 100% of the balance to reschedule a date.
• If you cancel 2 or 1 business day in advance, you have 50% of the balance to repossess date.
• If you cancel the day of the event there is a 100% penalty, i.e. no new date can be rescheduled.

NOTE: It is important that any participant with reservation (or enrolled in the tour) knows how to ride a bicycle, otherwise they will not be able to leave with the group and there will be no refund.
